Hyperuniformity in cyclically driven glasses

We present a numerical investigation of the density fluctuations in model glass under cyclic shear deformation. At low amplitude shear, below yielding, system reaches steady absorbing state which are suppressed revealing clear fingerprint hyperuniformity up to finite length scale. The opposite scenario is observed above where strongly enhanced. demonstrate that transition this accompanied by spatial phase separation into two distinct hyperuniform regions, as consequence band formation yield amplitude.
